An annual cruise with it's inaugural year in 2024, aboard the Virgin Valiant Lady led by me and my partner Daven Michaels. Daven Michaels has built a growing close knit community of entrepreneurs and investors who were mostly mainlanders who now call the beautiful island of Puerto Rico home. They have many local events, socials, parties and charity efforts to educate and empower the people of Puerto Rico. It was time to create an annual group cruise experience that would attract top speakers, leaders and entrepreneurs from around the corner and around the world. Now in it's 4th year and over 500 attendees, It was a HUGE success and we were thrilled to also be able to raise $41,234 from ticket sales to donate to Vimenti - Boys and Girls Club towards 20,000 school meals for the underprivileged in Puerto Rico.

Are you Travel Agents?

NOT EXACTLY! We started out as travel agents over 25 years ago and have now become producers and event planners for transformative mastermind cruises. However, we are a part of Cruise.com the internet's largest seller of cruises for group clients.

On which Cruise Lines do you Produce Events?

We work with all the major cruise lines including Carnival, Virgin Voyages, NCL, Royal Caribbean and Celebrity.

How far in advance do cruise events need to be planned?

To obtain the best rates, meeting space, parties and cabin availability, cruise events should be planned at least a year in advance, with final payments due 4 to 5 months prior to sailing.

What Length Cruise do you suggest?

Cruise should be at least 6, 7 or 8 days. The itinerary must include a minimum of 2 preferably 3 days at sea when the ship is not at a port.

What are the best & worst times for Group Cruises?

It is best to avoid peak summer months of July & August, when schools out, ships are crowded, prices are high and space is limited. Holiday weeks should also be avoided such as Christmas, New Years, Thanksgiving, Easter. Ships welcome groups in the winter months and shoulder seasons such as spring and fall.

What is the minimum amount of cabins?

To transform an ordinary cruise into a group "special event at sea" it's best to have at least 50 cabins (100 passengers).

How much do you charge?

We do not charge, we PAY to produce your amazing group cruise. More to the point, your guests will pay the program and curriculum fees for the experience that WE will help deliver. Those fees will then be split between your organization and ours.
