Carnival Now Welcomes ALL Guests. Please Read The Latest Policies and Protocols.

Online Check-In Procedure:

1 - Go to https://www.carnival.com/profilemanagement/accounts/login


2 - Login into your Carnival account. If you never signed up for one, create a new one.


3 - If you don't see your reservation, ADD your booking / reservation # which can be found on any of the confirmation invoices we have sent you previously. They came from LittleShopOfCruises@gmail.com with "2025 JGOOT At Sea" in the subject line. It is a combination of 3 letters and 3 numbers. It is NOT your Invoice #.


4 - Each guest must go through the prompts, providing Carnival with such things as your I.D. (i.e. Passport #), credit card for onboard purchases / expenses, emergency contact info, etc.


5 - You'll be asked to select a preferred boarding time. If you are staying pre-cruise at our main host hotel, Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress, and have reserved John Ni's motorcoach transfers, leaving upon check-out @ 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM. Select the earliest available time.


6 - Once each person checks in online, then each of you will be able to print your boarding passes and luggage tags.


If you have any trouble logging in to check-in, make sure you have the right booking #, legal name spelling, correct date of birth, etc. These things are very important. Try to use the same email you gave US when you made your reservation. Carnival's tech support # is 1-800-845-2599

When you check-in, you'll be offered WIFI packages at lower rates than onboard, "Cheers" drinks packages, bottled waters you can order to your cabin in bulk, etc. You will do your online check-in anytime between October 12th and 24th.
